Caveat Emptor

I got a paper copy of Holiday2010 - The Official Catalog of MLB.COM in the snail mail today. It's also available in a clunky and typically over-designed Flash version online.

Page 23 features "Collectible Patches." The description includes the following:

Collectible patches are actual replicas of the patches worn on-field by the players.

Gee! Actual replicas! Isn't that the equivalent of "genuine fakes"?
